TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The competing quote must be in writing from an in-state tire dealer.
• The quote must be an exact SKU match for the tire purchased and should be referenced on the tire quote sheet.
• The quote must be dated  within 10 calendar days of the  tire purchase made at Downeast Toyota.
• Internet quotes will be considered, but are not guaranteed. For consideration, the final quote must include the price of the tires, road hazard and freight to ship the tires.
• Toyota vehicles only.

REFUND POLICY

• Refund eligibility will be determined by the Service Manager, Parts Manager or General Manager after being presented with a written quote meeting the terms and specified conditions.
• Refunds will be issued within two business days using the same form of payment used for the tire purchase (i.e., credit or debit card, check or cash) once eligibility is approved.
• The refund will be for the net difference between the final price of the tires paid at Downeast Toyota and the final price listed on the competing quote.
• Labor and other associated costs of tire installation will not be considered when calculating a refund.
