I wasn’t sure where I was going with a new vehicle but needed one. William met me outside and when I explained my situation/my wants in a new vehicle, he gave me 3 booklets on the three cars I was considering, a Corolla, Camry, and rav 4. I took those booklets home and picked every feature I wanted from every one of them. With peer pressure from family, I decided on a rav 4. Before I could even tell William that, I checked the website and saw they had one incoming that checked all of my boxes (heated seats, leather, moon roof, all weather floor mats etc.) the color wasn’t my first choice but it was in my top 3! I contacted them via website about this vehicle, let them know I had talked to William, and after putting down my deposit of 1k, this car was mine. Then it was a waiting game. Because I had originally talked to William he was my “sales person”. And I will say during that waiting game he did great. He answered all of my questions the entire time and was so patient the day my husband and I actually picked up the vehicle with our stupid questions. So my rating is weird, we really did by this car online, with William being our go between for our questions, but that is also great! We had someone to send our questions to who always responded! If you check the website, and it says “incoming!” You can claim the car without ever stepping foot in there! William was great for that!
