All roads lead to Downeast Toyota, one of the largest Toyota dealers in Maine.

We are seeking a full time Cashier to offer superior customer service in our busy Parts and Service Departments.

 

Position Information:
The Cashier receives various methods of payment from customers and employees for goods or services and records the amount received in an accurate manner.  S/he is often the customer’s last point of contact with The Company and therefore must represent our organization in a friendly, courteous and professional manner to ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

      • High School Graduate
      • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position preferred.
      • Professional personal appearance and pleasant demeanor.
      • Ability to learn dealership computer systems, cash register and other office equipment.
      • Ability to handle customer questions and concerns with integrity and poise.
      • Experience with Microsoft Office Products is helpful, but not required.
      • Availability to work a five day work week that includes:
        •  Saturday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM
        •  Four other days between Monday and Friday from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.
